I woke up one morning to discover the family dog had been very ill during the night. There were two vomit spots and one diarrhea. I thought, “Oh no! What am I going to use?” I had purchased this stuff when we originally moved into the house and used it periodically off and on. It was amazing. I wiped up the yucky stuff first. Poured the stuff onto the stains, let sit for 5 min, and voila it was easy. No hard rubbing, just gentle rubbing and dabbing. I love it!! My grandma wanted gift ideas for a wedding shower and I told her make a pale of cleaner for the newlyweds. She said what should I get Gloves, scrubbers, old rags, glass cleaner, tub, and definitely KIDS N’ PETS!!!

I switched to Kids & Pets acouple of months ago after reading the rave reviews.
We have 3 male cats who repeatedley mark their turf, and 1 incontinent geriatric one, so odor enzymes are part of our regular housekeeping arsenal. We even put the product into our mopping water and steamer.
So why am I going back to one of the other top rated brands?
1. In terms of odor conrol it works as well as NM and API, but I can’t say it’s better.
2. I need a large size bottle of this product as we go through about a 3/4 – 1 gallon per month. Having to buy it in the quart size bottles drives me nuts! I contacted the company and they said that a larger size was their #1 CUSTOMER REQUEST. The problem is that they are sold primarily through Walmart and cannot get the additional shelf space that another size would require…
3. K & P leaves a film on our sealed wooden floors. Now that we figured out why our floors don’t get shiny clean any more, we are going to have to switch back. And both NM and AIP have larger sizes.

I have both kids and pets and I have used Kids ‘N’ Pets for years. It’s always worked for stain and odor removal on my carpets, furniture, and car interior. I’ve even used it to pre-treat the laundry. Today I used it to get red liquid food dye out of my carpet. It all came out! This stuff is amazing.

I’ve been praising this product for years and years. I bought it on a whim…after trying everything else on the grocery shelf. I now tell absolutely everyone I know about how wonderful it is. I’ve never found anything that can remove pet stains and ordor better.
I also use Kids N Pets in my carpet shampooer. I pour a 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Kids N Pets into the water of my shampooer. It works so much better than any other recommended carpter shampoo product! Plus, the carpet ends up smelling better too. Other carpet shampoo products are nothing but soap suds! Excessive soap suds aren’t good for my carpet or the shampooer. Kids N Pets does not suds at all. This makes using your carpet shampooer a much easier job…since you don’t have to constantly battle soap suds.
Our 14 year old dog had diarrhea all over the livingroom floor last week. I got out the shampooer and the Kid N Pets immediately. My carpet came out great – and smelled great too! I am surprised by people who claim it doesn’t get out stains. That’s what I think it is best at! You need to follow the directions people!
I have recently had a hard time finding this at ether Target or Walmart. So, I’m so glad to see Amazon is carrying it!

This stuff is great! House training has never been a major issue for me but my new pup has proven to be a challenge. I have wood floors so I thought a simple mop and cleaner would do the trick but he kept returning to the same place. A specialized odor remover was in order. I gave this a shot even though it doesn’t specify wood floors, none that I have found do. It left a film which is fine, easily mopped up but I kept it that way over-night to intensify the effect. It worked! The area was where my older girl loved to lay but she has stayed clear. Now she’s back, reclaiming her favorite spot so that’s proof enough for me. The little guy is confused and runs to the spot then away quickly which gives me the heads up to get him outside. He’s one who can be out for an hour but waits until he’s back in his favorite spot to do his business. Kids “N” Pets has made a huge difference, I wish I had purchased it sooner. The price is great and the product does exactly what is claims. Don’t hesitate to buy this one, it’s excellent!

About two months ago there was a period of time when my house was an absolute mess. I was helping take care of a puppy that had kennel cough, so on top of all the usual puppy messes on the floor, the infection was making her extremely thirsty. She needed to pee about every 15 minutes. Then my dog caught the infection and started vomiting. I have unsealed hardwood floors throughout the house and I was trying my best to keep everything clean. I bought Kids ‘n’ Pets, I followed the instructions carefully, but the puppy still marked the same spot over and over. She would even climb over barriers that I put in her way to get to that spot. This product may work on smooth, non-porous floors, but if your floors are even slightly grainy, I wouldn’t recommend it. I think a spray containing OxiClean works about as well.

You won’t find any cleaner that eliminates both odor and color of pet wee wee. This is IT – FINALLY a product that makes my house smell like a pet free house!

Ok, so I bought this at my local commissary because we recently got a puppy and part of this products marketing was a “Most 5 star ratings from amazon users”.
It did take away the odor or puppy accidents but it didn’t remove the stains whatsoever…..i mean…seriously didn’t budge at all. And they were new stains…it’s not like they had been setting for a week or something. Just really dissappointed.

I honestly was a bit unsure when first trying this product.One of the cats was somewhat nervous when I first brought her home and she went to the bathroom where she felt comfortable. Ever since I used this, she hasn’t gone in that spot again. I also have a daughter with Cerebral Palsy that does have an occasional accident. I did have another favorite but I could no longer find it in the store so I decided to try this because of the cats and kids. Well, I was very impressed and decided this product was for my busy, crazy house. Low and behold, I couldn’t find it at my local store again. I was so thrilled to find it here. I will definitely load up as soon as possible because my house no longer smells like cat.
It works better than Nature’s Miracle

I have used Nature’s Miracle for years but something has changed in their formula. It still smells the same but it isn’t as reliable as it used to be. I saw this at Fred Meyer’s and decided to give it a shot because of the tag on the bottle stating it had more 5 star ratings than any other product. Well, here’s another one. I walked away while doing a water change in my saltwater fish tank. I wet-vac’d up as much of the water as I could and thought that it would dry just fine. I went on an overnight trip and when I returned it smelled like a landfill in my living room. I used Kids ‘N’ Pets and it removed the mildew smell overnight and it never came back. I then tried it on an old fruit punch stain that the nature’s miracle failed to get out that’s over a year old and it removed that stain as well! I love this stuff! I just wish they sold it in a larger bottle so I didn’t have to buy 3 bottles or more each time I want to shampoo my carpets with my Bissell.

Kids ‘n’ Pets Instant All-Purpose cleaner works wonders. I had a ink stain on my couch for awhile and nothing would remove it. I used this product and it vanished. It also is fabulous on pet messes/stains and a number of other stains. I would highly recommend this product. I am never without any in my home.

I saw this product at Target and it had a note that said it was the top reviewed product of its kind at Amazon.com, so I gave it a try. I have kids (2) and pets (2) who are always making messes in my house – particularly on my upstairs carpet. I have used several of these products and this is my favorite. Why? It works really well and it smells really good. I also use it on my laundry and it is extremely reliable at getting out the variety of stains my kids get on their clothes. When I see a stain now I just think “no worries, kids n pets will get it out.”
I think I now need to buy this by the case.
