Angels’ Eyes is the first product specifically developed for BOTH DOGS & CATS to eliminate unsightly tearstains from the inside out! Angels’ Eyes also helps to eliminate staining around the mouth and their coats due to licking.Other products are topical requiring high maintenance and yet will only remove the tear stains temporarily causing it to return worse than before. Angels’ Eyes starts working before the tear stains begin and never adds food dyes or wheat which can have negative effects on your pet. Our bottles contain 30 gr net (1 oz) and 120 gr net for multiple dogs or cats’ owners. Just sprinkle Angels’ Eyes daily on regular food. After 3 months, reduce it to 4 times a week. After 6 months, reduce it further to twice a week. As you keep trimming the stained areas, the newly grown coat will be totally clear. The growth pattern of your pet’s coat will determine if it will be completely tear stain free anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. more info

    Dark tear stains

I purchased this product because my dear friend who also has a Maltese/Shih Tzu uses this product for the dark tear stains on her Ralf. I am very grateful for the reference from my dear friend and for this product. I’ve seen a difference in Tao eyes already!

We tried the beef flavored Angel Eyes without success. Our dog just didn’t like the flavor. First we sprinkled it on his food, but that only worked once and he started to refuse it. Then we tired the suggestion on the [...] website of mixing the Angel Eyes in yogurt and we added some of his favorite freeze-dried beef liver treat to make it more palatable. That only worked for a couple of days and he wouldn’t take it at all. We switched to the chicken flavored Angel Eyes and he LOVES it in yogurt. The product works pretty well, but I would suggest buying the smallest size available to see if your dog likes the flavor.

The active ingredient in Angel Eyes is tylosin, which is a macrolide antibiotic in the erythromycin family. Some might understandably be concerned about giving their dog an antibiotic, but plenty of human teenagers take antibiotics daily for their complexion…

The first time I used this product, it was wonderful and the tear stains went away on my maltese within a month and a half. After continued use of the product (over a year), the tear stains came back and now while you can see a little difference when using it, there are still very visible tear stains on my dog. This is not attributed to food/water/etc changes as I have continued my dogs on the same items.

    It Really Works!

I would recommend this to any dog owner with a white dog! I have the most adorable white maltipoo and the stains she gets (even though I was her face everyday) are ridiculous! I heard about this from other dog owners as well as the vet and decided to invest and it worked wonders… only downfall… you may have to use it for a while I used mine only for 3 months and then ended up not having more before I ordered it again and she got them back but apaprently after using it for a year I heard you can sprinkle it on once a week and itll upkeep it! and you can also wane them off it too. I can’t wait to get my new stock!

I have a 1 year old English Bulldog who has deep wrinkles under his eyes that had a red-tinted discoloration and were always wet, causing his face to always smell like “wet dog.” I started giving Angels’ Eyes Tear-Stain Eliminator to my dog three days ago, primarily for hygiene and I can already notice an enormous difference! His wrinkles are already completely dry and the appearance of his red-tinted tear stains is almost completely gone. I was cautious in trying this product as I thought his eyes might get too dry, but I have not noticed this symptom. I am very pleased with the results so far!

    Veterinary advice

As a veterinairan, we have known for a long time that antibiotics help solve the problem of brown staining on the face. This is because the antibiotic changes the bacteria in the tears/tear ducts that cause the tears to be pigmented. This problem of ‘epiphora’ or tearing is strictly one of cosmetics..in other words, it isn’t a medical problem but a normal condition in many breeds and it does not require treatment. I don’t know if this product is available in Canada as, in many cases, our regulations on distribution of antibiotics are tighter. I would certainly recommend consulting your veterinarian before using this product though it is likely not dangerous for most dogs.

1 Week of using Angels Eyes
    Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I was able to use this product for one week before my bigger dog found the bottle, chewed it open, and licked it all up. However, in that one week of using the product, I noticed my malti-poo, BeBe’s, eyes had began to clear up. I clipped all the reddish brown hair off around her eyes and for a couple of weeks after I had to stop her treatment, it didn’t come back. She does have reddish brown stains on her paws, mouth, and anywhere else that her saliva touches so I am ordering some more to truly see if this product works for all areas. She doesn’t like the taste but she’ll eat it with encouragement, so that’s a bit of a struggle, but she eventually eats it all through the course of the day with a couple of tries. I’m going to try to mix it into wet food to see if she likes it better. I believe this product works, I just need a more consistent treatment to test it out, this is why I didn’t give it a full score.

I have a white maltese that had the brown tear stain. The vet and groomer recommended Angel Eyes. It takes just a few weeks before you see a improvement. Now her face is white and no tear stain.

My Boston has stains on his eye. For his weight, I could only give him about two weeks worth of meds in the small container, so there wasn’t even enough in there to see any results.

I am very impressed with the effectiveness of Angels Eyes. My 6 yr old Maltese had terrible tear stain on her face and paws. I was very worried that this product might have adverse effects, but have used it for about 8 weeks and have had no problems. I took it to my vet and he told me the two ingredients (liver and a mild antibiotic) were not harmful. As a matter of fact, he was impressed and took all the information so he could get some!! I have seen a huge improvement and I’m not even giving my dog the full recommended dose.

I don’t know how but it works!

This product works as advertised. The product is in powder form and is sprinkled over your dogs food for consumption. This is done daily for one month and then decreased according to manufacturers recommendations. I have been using it for one month now and have seen no more stains from my dog’s eyes. My dog is a Spaniel mix.

I wouldn’t have believed that dog’s tear stains can actually be eliminated! Working as a groomer, one of my customer’s tried this and I witnessed the transformation of brown stains to virtually none! Bought some for myself and have given to other clients to try!! Simply AMAZING!!
